From Year 7 through to Year 11 students are taught  in sets according to mathematical ability. 

At KS3 students follow the National Numeracy Strategy Framework and in Year 9 they have Personal Finance lessons. 

At KS4 students are offered the modular and linear GCSEs. Year 10 and Year 11 also can take a GCSE in Statistics and/or Additional Mathematics
